Physiotherapy

ASSESSMENT

Dr. Phil performs a thorough assessment to find the root cause of your pain and the imbalances in your musculoskeletal system in order to create a treatment plan that works for you.

Stretching

MANUAL THERAPY

Dr. Phil performs a variety of manual therapy methods during 60 minute sessions to treat joint, muscle, fascia, and nerve for rapid pain reduction and healing.

Practicing Yoga

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES

A customized exercise program will be provided by Dr. Phil (based on findings in the assessment) in order to support the manual therapy performed and bring balance and stability to the body.

KEY TO LONG TERM SUCCESS

When goals are met and manual therapy is discontinued continue the exercise program at least 2-3x a week to maintain a pain free life.

REPITITION OF 1-3 PILLARS

To sucessfully overcome chronic pain it is essential to be consistant.

  1. Dr. Phil will assess each visit in order to make adjustments based on the response to treatment provided.

  2. Dr. Phil recommends that weekly manual treatments are performed in order to effectively change the structure of tissue and joint alignment until goals are met.

  3. Dr. Phil recommends performing your corrective exercise program daily.
